Process and envelope curves for match metal dies
Quality windows, in the form of envelope curves, can be positioned very simply for monitoring purposes on the process curves. If the process curves exceed or fall short of the quality window, the system reacts immediately. You decide on an acoustic signal, rejection of the product or machine shutdown.

Your start-up process is accelerated considerably using reference graphs. This means: up to 50% less start-up waste, and consequently lower material use and material costs. The start-up process can be optimised using the real-time data of Toolvision®.

The integrated IR camera visualises the temperature profile of the film. This is crucial to the product quality during a thermoforming process. It goes without saying that the hotspots can automatically detect when the temperature threshold is exceeded or fallen below.
